Great Body - Alain Ngalani

Alain Ngalani, nicknamed "The Panther" was born on July 7 1975. He is a 2 time Muay Thai world champion and was formerly a VIP bodyguard in Ivory Coast. He then immigrated to Hong Kong, where he became a celebrity. What made him this popular is his brutal training regime (which we will show later on), one very intense and explosive. This can be seen in his fighting record. He held 24 fights, won 21 (all by brutal knockouts) and lost only 3. You can not deny that he has a great body and although we can see quite a lot of muscles on him, Ngalani is also very, very fast. He was actually considered as one of the fastest heavyweight fighters in the world by "Le Monde du Muscle". As with all high profile fighters, Alain Ngalani also has a trademark move. Just like Ken Shamrock has the ankle lock, Alain Ngalani has "The Panther High Kick", which was very successful in his fighting career.

There are been a lot of rumors that Alain Ngalani might make a K-1 debut soon but these are so far just rumors. It will be interesting to see if this happens though. Let us now take a look at some clips of Alain Ngalani. First let us take a look at one biceps and triceps workout:
